Once you have decided to return chair within 14 days return window or chair has an issue and under warranty you must email us with order number and name and let us know you will be returning chair. Please use hello@chairsmith.co.uk

The chair must be sent back in original box and be packed as we sent. If we have to send box there will be charge for this £40 Plus VAT.

Please print your order document and attached to chair so we know who has sent back.

Make sure the chair is taped up as it needs to arrive back to us in good condition. If the chair is damaged do to insufficent tape we will deduct money from refund.
